		<description>If she efiled for 2006 and the rest of you filed on paper, that would explain why you got booklets with tax forms and she didn&#039;t.  Or they could have just gotten lost along the way somewhere.  ID theft is possible but unlikely.
The IRS won&#039;t and can&#039;t talk to you about your daughter&#039;s info, she&#039;ll have to contact them herself.  She could just send in a form 8822, and if they have some other address for her, that will change it.
The IRS has an 800 number if you are calling from the US, but from a foreign country that&#039;s not available.</description>
