Is this something they determine by a percentage? He has had emergency heart surgery, several complications, and it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting back to that part-time job. So would the IRS take less out of his social security check now? He won’t have enough to live on if they don’t decrease what they’re taking out. Thanks for any help out there.
